Moon Silk

Transparent clouds slightly obscure a full moon on this dramatic linen-silk blend fabric, originally created using highly pigmented pastels put down in layers and then sanded to create a textural ground. Woven using the fil-coupé technique in nightime colourways, the fine warp and yarns retain a lightness of handle which make is a beautiful choice for curtains.
