Spring Meadow

Inspired by the wildflower meadows of Brockhampton Estate, cared for by the National Trust, this mid to small-scale floral trellis design is painted in the delicate, intricate style of an Indian miniature painting. It delicately depicts Bee Orchids, Ragged Robins, Bluebells, and other native blooms, while the inclusion of Yellow Rattle reflects ongoing conservation work at Brockhampton, where sheep tread the seeds into the soil to encourage biodiversity.
